I'm happy to report that for four long term rentals over four years time we have always found everything clean and in good condition. We did have some problems with the plumbing which was immediately responded to, even after business hours. Little complaints also were given prompt attention.

I was extremely concerned about no air-conditioning. You definitely don't need it in Pinetop. We are returning for the 5th time - judge by that. The only problem we have, is the month has flown by to fast and we still have things to do.....
